Booth Information

Standard spaces are 10’ x 20’ and is included in the Vendor fee.  If more space is needed, an additional fee will be required.  Electricity is limited and must be reserved in advance.

 

Time Commitment

The MK Farmer’s Market will run from 11am – 3:00pm and set up time begins at 9:30am.

 

Vendor Commitment

We have a ‘Rain or Shine’ policy and operate the Market in all weather conditions. Payment is due 24hrs before the Market day and we have a ‘No Refund’ policy. Emergency cancellations may be eligible for a percentage refund on a case-by-case basis.

Marketing

MK Farmer’s Market will be advertised on major news, media and social media outlets.  

Sponsorship options are available for special vendor marketing, for an additional fee.

Insurance

All vendors are responsible for obtaining a vendor’s license, professional and liability insurance, and list Town of Mt. Kisco as additionally insured, prior to participation in the market.

Applicant Terms and Conditions of Participation

Mt. Kisco Farmer’s Market is a DBA of WMN Unite, a 501c3 a non-profit.  The Farmer’s Market Committee help’s organize the market, local farms, and vendors who choose to sell goods at the Mt. Kisco Municipal parking lot, once per week. Our collective effort is to help support the community and increase access to small farms and businesses. 

Vendors shall take responsibility for their own liability and risk associated with selling goods at MK Farmer’s Market.  

Vendor agrees to indemnify the Mt. Kisco Farmer’s Market, WMN Unite, all affiliates and the Town and Village of Mt. Kisco and affiliates, from any risk or liability occurrence that may arise on, or surrounding the dates listed. 

Vendors must comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations including but not limited to health and licensing. 

Vendors are responsible for paying all applicable Federal, State and local taxes. Vendors must exhibit health practices as dictated by the Federal, State and local laws. Vendors must haul garbage and leave space clear as when arrived.
